Healthy chocolate chip cookies?

 

Below are some of my favorite Chocolate Chip Healthy Cookies. Recipe by @delicouslyella

.5 cup of coconut sugar

5 tablespoons coconut oil

6 tablespoons oat flour

5 1/2 tablespoons buckwheat flour

4 tablespoons brown rice flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

.2 cups of water

.5 cups of dark chocolate (preferably 70% or more)

Pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 325 Fahrenheit

In a large bowl, stir together coconut sugar and melted coconut oil

Add ground oats, both flours, baking powder, water, salt and chocolate chips and mix well

Spoon equal amounts of the mixture out into a lined baking tray and shape into cookie shapes using your hands

Cook for 12 minutes
